SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Services

At SMHF Particles, we strive to provide efficient and reliable delivery services for all of our customers. We use trusted couriers, and all orders are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. Depending on the weight of your order, it will be dispatched using one of two courier services. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the couriers and are not guaranteed.

  • Standard Delivery: All orders typically have a 3-5 business day delivery time.

  • No Next-Day Service: Due to high demand, we currently do not offer a next-day delivery service.

  • Business Days Only: Our delivery service operates on business days, so you will not receive deliveries over weekends or bank holidays.

Please be aware that if your order is dispatched after 14:00, you may receive an automated email with a delivery time slot. This email is generated after our delivery provider has already collected the parcel, and the details may not be accurate. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

Please note: A signature may be required for deliveries.

Returns & Exchanges

Changed Your Mind?
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make the returns process as easy as possible.

  • You have 14 working days from the date of receiving your order to return it.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via email and explain your situation. Our team will guide you through the process.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original, sellable condition and not opened or used.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Personalised items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  • If your order is over 14 days old, we cannot accept the return, but please still get in touch, as we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

Faulty Items:
If you've received a faulty item, we’re here to help. Please contact us as soon as possible, and if applicable, send a photo of the damage to help us resolve the issue swiftly.
